[hermes] Problem with prefs in head version of hermes.

Testing today's version of whups, seems to work great, and then
hermes, I can't seem to get past the following:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/usr/local/share/pear/Horde/Prefs.php on line 625

There are no prefs in my config/prefs.php.   Could that be the
problem?
