[hermes] Employees should not view others time sheet.

Hello,
   I am planning to install hermes in my organization to track the
time sheet of employees. I have done some tests, but the problem is
that one employee can view others timesheets. I want only certain
designated employees(Administrators & Managers) to view others
timesheets. All others should only search/read their own timesheets.
Is it possible in hermes ? If this is not implemented,  where should I
start ?
