OK
I using IIS 5.0 and MySQL when I click tetst phplib oi test.php3 i get the
"page can not be displayed" massage frome Internet Explorer and taht's it
nothing more. I really don't now what is wrong, because no error message was
displayed.

Right... but that probably means there's an error in your server log somewhere
about a crash, segfault, etc...
