[horde] Log.php

the dates on my libphp4.sa's and httpd's all say the 5th.. this totally
doesn't make sense to me :(  sorry if i'm flooding the list with stupid
stuff....

what the hell?!?!! i just remade everything and it still says:

Build Date Feb 4 2001

evidentally i'm doing something wrong or something.. i don't know why it's
not using my new build??????
