[horde] problem

yep, my MySQL server was not running

but then now i have start and i get this:
"Access denied for user: 'hordemgr at localhost' (Using password: YES) in
/usr/local/apache/php/db_mysql.inc on line 73"

and i have tried to create this user and change it password, but it do not
work
