If you want to use RPMs, I would just start with the README on the Horde
FTP site:
ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/RPMS/noarch/rh7/horde-1.2.4-1rh7.README
All the prerequisite RPMs should be on the Horde FTP site in the i386/rh7
directory; the Horde/IMP RPMs are in noarch/rh7.

Just out of curiosity: I understand the i386 directory, but I've never
understood what the "noarch" stands for. What's it mean?
