Double-check that you can log into MySQL from the command-line using the
same parameters that are found in your horde/imp/config/defaults.php3 file
(the ones that start with $default->db_).

If it turns out your database password is out of sync., the
horde/scripts/database/dbpasswd.sh script makes an easy way to reset it.
