[horde] test.php3 link fails with Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function ac_start() in session.inc on line 390

I have solved the problem (horde complained if phplib was in other place than 
$PATHTOHORDE/horde/phplib) but now the test complains saying that there is a 
failure with user/password auth. When I log the database with pgsql -u horde 
it works. Is perhaps postgresql 6.3.2 too old for horde???

Please help!!!!
