test.php3

I have installed horde and imp and they work fine.  The only thing is I 
can't use the test.php3 file.  I get this error message:

Warning: Failed opening '/home/httpsd/html/horde/test.php3' for inclusion 
(include_path='./:/usr/local/phplib/') in Unknown on line 0

I am running Redhat 7 with php4.0.4pl1 as a module under Apache 1.3.14.

Sorry if this has already been covered but I didn't see it in the archives.
