The administrative FAQ is not instructions. There is no 'whole
thing'. The instructions to compile MySQL come with MySQL, the
instructions to compile Apache come with Apache, and so on. But
*also* read the documentation that comes with Horde and IMP, 
in docs/INSTALL of each package, to ensure you build the prerequisites
with the appropriate options.

In other words, you have to try first.
