[horde] Access problem

	Getting error

	Access denied for user dbmgr at localhost (using password YES ) in
/var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/db/mysql line 153

How does one change passwords for users such as dbmgr ? I changed dbmgr to
root and it still
gives me the same error ?
