Nag 0.0.1 released

The Horde Team announces the availability of Nag 0.0.1.

This is the first public release of Nag -- the Horde task list
manager -- and should still be considered "development" code.
However, we feel the code is stable enough for mass consumption,
and any feedback would be incredibly useful in guiding Nag's
future development.
