[horde] IMP 2.3.x install - where are any docs on it ?

I am not a developer, but I do have language support working at my site.

I did want to ask a question about it though-how complete are the 
various language modules?  On my site, there are a couple of places 
using the French language that the text still appears in English.  For 
example, in Options, the text "Time zone - Sets the current time zone." 
and "Addressbooks - Select addressbook sources for adding and 
searching for addresses." appears in English.  Changing the language 
to Spanish and these options do appear in Spanish, so I don't think it's 
a problem with my config.
