Problem Running test.php3

I am trying to run test.php3 to make sure everything is working with
horde. I get the following message:

Warning: Failed opening '/var/www/html/horde/test.php3' for inclusion
(include_path='/var/www/horde-phplib:.') in Unknown on line 0

Any suggestions about where to look for problems? I am pretty new to
linux--I've just started tinkering with it in the past couple weeks.
Thanx for any help you might be able to give.
