[horde] first time user of Horde

Hi,
Iam a first time user.
  My target is to install the horde framework and IMP and work on webmail
access. I have the IIS installed on my machine with Oracle as backend.
In the process i downloaded the frame work from 
ftp.horde.org/pub/horde/tarballs/       
i unipped 
  horde-1.3.4.tar.gz  and i was looking at docs/install.
under Prerequisite Packages,  It says i need

configured and made: autoconf, automake, bison, cvs, flex, gcc, libtool,
make and tar. Please make sure you have all of these programs installed
on your box before you proceed with this document.
1)now what does a box mean
2) where do i get autoconf, automake, bison, cvs, flex, gcc, libtool,
make and tar , all these prpgrams to install.
3) what is the next step
