horde & imp not working now

I updated my horde and imp (both HEAD) just now to get the imp/IMP.php 
fix.  Now when I go to /horde/ and click on IMP I get the same Horde 
login screen.  Going to /horde/imp/ give me the same screen but without 
the menu at the bottom.

What have I done wrong?

Before I did the cvs update I was getting the error in imp/IMP.php when 
I would log into IMP but it would give me the login screen and let me 
login.  Now I don't get that login screen.
