[horde] Windowsize versus scrollbar in IE6

I'm getting this as well with IE6. The reason it's annoying is because whenever 
a vertical scrollbar is needed, a horizontal one also shows up. So, in most 
windows in imp, turba, kronolith... you have a horizontal scrollbar as well. 
This is with 800x600 screen resolution.
