Can new "Send To's" from comose be automatically save to TURBA?

I searched the lists and found no relevant notes. Users mentioning that new email addresses are not being saved.

Is that built in?, if not "ho hum", and this is really a FEATURE REQUEST for a java script popup asking to add the new Send To: (ie: from the send to in compose) in to Turba.
