change password

hello the team

I release my version of imp; now I use the imp/horde version 3

in my version 1.2.7 I use poppasswd deamon, for permit to my user
to change the password

for this, I  add two lines in config file 
(/imp/config/defaults.php3) :


   $default->change_password = 'poppassd.php3';
       $default->poppassd_server = $SERVER_NAME;
       $default->poppassd_port   = '0';

can I have the same fonctionnality in the version 3
