Menubar language

[Martin List-Petersen]

It seems, that the menubar in the bottom only takes the language value from
the browser, but ignores my setting in options or the value i choose in the
dropdown on the login page.
Even a manual refresh doesn't change that.

However, if i change the language options in my browser i changes the
language, like it is supposed to.

That's right. Do you want to provide a patch to fix this?
