[horde] Stale status messages not being removed

But the question is "why aren't the messages removed from the stack?". If 
you update your prefs several time, you should get a message each time you 
save them. The status handler only displays messages that got shifted from 
the message stack, so that the message stack should be empty after the 
messages were displayed.
