[horde] Testing Horde-2.0 (and imp/turba) beside Horde-1.x

Hm, you must already have configured this somewhere, because the old 
version needs phplib to be auto_prepend'ed.

All you have to do now is to restrict this to only the directory where the 
old Horde resides.
