[Horde] Strange '@' in the distribution of Horde ?!

Dear Sir:
        When I use the Horde 2.0, I found that there is a pre-fix '@'
character in the statement 'include', 'require', 'require_once or
'include_once' that lead to unnormally performance. (In fact, that file
of the file name identified after the include statement is not included
!)
If the '@' character indeed cause the include statement fail,
why the distribution added it ?

Regards,

scott

Because it's added everywhere where it's POSSIBLE that including fails to
silence the php warnings.

That'd be fine by me.

Ah. That's rather different, yes. If someone wanted, they could get Horde
preferences working and add a "login app" preference. Otherwise, there's no way
to do this.
