pph safe_mode

Is there any known issues with running Horde/everything in php safe_mode?

I found two problems so far:
[09-Feb-2002 23:13:24] PHP Warning:  Cannot set time limit in safe mode in
horde/imp/lib/base.php on line 50
which doesnt seem to affect imp/horde work (at least not yet).
and also i could not use sendmail (was getting error 127), probably due to
path restrictions in safe_mode. But smtp works fine.
