[horde] cvs - can't seem to get latest versions

It's up to you. However, if you're running HEAD, you'll be expected to put more 
effort into troubleshooting things and keeping up with the CVS commits list - 
sometimes things are just going to change, or they're just not going to work, 
and if you use HEAD and ask questions without investigating things yourself, 
you'll probably get pretty short (if any) answers.
