Applying Turba patch...

Hi all,

sorry if this is annoying anyone on this list, but i have problems with 
that turba patch to fix this addressbox-error.
I downloaded the patch and did a "patch < api-php.txt".
Output was:

Patching file api.php using Plan A...
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected!  Assume -R? [y]
Hunk #1 succeeded at 1.
Hunk #2 succeeded at 90.
done

And now what? Maybe i'm too stupid, but i got no clue what to do next.
