[horde] Problem with localisation

Hi,

I have a problem with selecting another language in horde & imp.
I did all the checks (langtest.php) mentioned in the op/readme file, even
tried to add some dgettext statements in some php files to see if the
dgettext function works and they do.
If I change the language (nl_NL) in the browser, nothing changes.
Any debugging tips?
