[horde] Problem with localisation

I have the same problem.
No matter what language i try, it always ends up using the internal language.
my gettext and locale stuff works on command line.
i've run all the langtest tests.
I run linux slackware 8.0.0 on that machine.

my other slackware 7.1.0 machine works fine with language switching.
