[HORDE] Skeleton Framework for .php

I remember seeing a post awhile back about the necessary skeleton framework in 
a .php file for those looking to create an add-on or port an app into Horde.  
Can't find the reference in the archives... 

Basically, I am trying to use an app for music browsing within horde, using the 
authentication and menu system of the framework, and am looking for a good 
starting point as far as the php pages go...

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
