[horde] Is it possible to support vpomail with imp

I use qmail with vpopmail and it works great.  I can create additional folders 
and everyting.

A few things to verify.  You should make sure that you are logging in with the 
full email address.  So my IMAP/POP login name is "dan at acucore.com" rather 
than just "dan".

The other issue with the folders is probably related to your configuration in 
the servers.php.  Make sure that your namespace is "INBOX." with the trailing 
period.  If I remove the period, when trying to create a new folder it tells 
me "invalid mailbox".
