[horde] Trouble with horde installation - still

Hi,

I am still having trouble installing Horde on a dedicated Raq4.

My test.php still tells me that PEAR has not been installed. I checked my
include-path and it is .:/usr/lib/php

I have now installed pear-4.10 in this directory but the test.php still says
no Pear exists. All the PEAR files exist in the directory /usr/lib/php when
I telnet the server so what can be wrong?
