[horde] Horde working - almost

Hi,

I've finally installed horde on my system and everthying check out OK in the
test.php

However I am getting an error message when I go to the horde directory or
access imp in a web browser to login -

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='') in
/home/sites/home/web/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 4

Any advice would be appreciated.
