[horde] Problems Before Login

Hi!

I installed horde 2.1-RC3 but, when i browse, myhost/horde, I have

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' 
(include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /home/www/html/horde/lib/Registry.php 
on line 4

What'ìs the problem?
