[horde] Registry.php / Horde.php Problem

Hi,

I already updated PEAR.
PEAR - Yes 
Recent PEAR - Yes 
Mail::RFC822 - Yes 
Log - Yes 
DB - Yes 

But still the same Error, Fatal error: Failed opening required '/lib/Horde.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in 
/lib/Registry.php on line 5


Further ideas?
