Well, the DB schemas did change.  Check out the www.horde.org web site
where I've added a "contrib" section for Turba, Kronolith, and Nag.  I put
some PostgreSQL scripts in there that did the job for me; you can see what
has changed, and rewriting them for MySQL wouldn't be hard.
