[horde] Horde Framework (authz and PEAR question)

Hi,
I plan using horde framework (v2.1) for my project, the question is:

- How about Authz and permission on horde
- I need User and Group to access page, for ex. group a can access page-01.php not
  for other group, horde can do that?
- PEAR: pear now have PEAR::Auth (pear.sourceforge.net), horde use PEAR::Auth?,
  and how horde access database, using PEAR::DB or not?
