[horde] common-header and footer in menu

Hi,

Is there a normal (non hacking) way to have a different common-header 
and common-footer for the menu part of the horde 2.1 window ? Having the 
same for the menu and the other part of the horde window could give 
unexpected result as in <http://http://gandhi.univ-lyon2.fr/horde>.
