[horde] Horde layout redesign

I know we would all really appreciate it if you could also share that design
with use when your done. I know I for one am very interested in having a
layout like that.

That's it, _most_ of it :) I managed to make the stuff work like in [1],
I had to trace back the code in lib/Menu.php though to find out how the
menues are built and I guess there's more to come... My major problem is
the Horde login screen: I authenticate using IMPs IMAP adaptors, but the
thing is, the users should not see Horde's login page, but should be
redirected directly to IMP immediatly after login instead. Is there a
config switch for that or do I have to do it 'manually'?

P.S. I don't like the page design either, but I have to adapt Horde to a
customer's corporate design...
