[horde] test.php fails to unregister session

I just completely cvs'sup my horde install, and currently cannot login into
it, but I also have another problem, which I think has to be solved before I
tackle login. On test.php I cannot unregister session. It continues to
increase each time.
any suggestions on what might be wrong?
