[horde] Perms usage

Hi there,

I'd like to use Perms for an app I'm working on, but it's somewhat hard
given the amount of documentation (none AFAICT :). I see that I need to
have a categories backend configured, but what that means is not clear.

I couldn't find the db schema which Categories (the sql driver) uses
either. Do I have to reverse engineer it from the SQL queries in
lib/Categories/sql.php?
