[horde] cant get pear log class running

Hi there,

I am trying to get horde running and test.php says that the log class of pear is missing (php ver 4.2.2!!!)

so I tryed to install pear via cvs, but this leads to even more errors in test.php. Telling me this pear version is much more outdated. Furthermore I do get an include problem inside my other php applications.

Isnt there an easy way to install this log class? I did get this far, everything else works in test.php, but now I am close to give up.
