[horde] avoiding horde login

I'm trying to set up a gollem installation, and I don't want the users to
have to log into horde to use it (as our server will be doing the
authentication of users and authorization to use the filesystem).

I'd been able to skip over the horde login for chora, by setting chora to
allow guests in registry.php (and by not providing information on an
authentication backend in horde.conf).  That was with chora 1.0 and horde
3.0.

For the gollem project, I'm using the CVS versions of Horde and Gollem
(fresh this morning).

Suggestions?
