[horde] IMP -> no inferiors error

I do have IMP running and logged into a freemail acount at web.de via imap.

Everything works well, but not folders. When I try to create a folder I do
get the message:

The folder "test" was not created. This is what the server said: no
inferiors

So the only folder I see is the inbox. Deleted messages are nowhere stored
and when I write a message the message is not stored in a sent mail folder.

Is there a possibility to set this up?
