[horde] Apache 2.0.40 PHP 4.3-dev Horde 2.1 / Horde-cvs

Hi!

I have installed
Apache 2.0.40 with PHP 4.3-dev
because 4.3 is the only Version that
works with the 40. Version of Apache2.

I made a Vhost 
mail.domain.tld for the IMP in the
Apache Config.

I copied all horde data to the
"Documentroot"/horde directory.

Then I have done a copy of all
.dist files in the config dir. So
I have the php files to edit.

I change the horde.php (or conf.php in
horde-cvs) and add the mysql pw for
the horde Database.

I locate my Browser on mail.domain.tld/horde
URL and I get the following error:

"Some of Horde's configuration files are missing:"
conf.php, html.php, etc...

Why??
