[horde] how do I get cache to work

This is not related to the cache side of things at all.. but on the speed and
time to display the inbox... 
the imapproxy that has been discussed around here recently
(http://www.kuleuven.net/projects/imapproxy/) caused my inbox display times to
drop to anywhere between a quater and a third of their previous times.
