[horde] Logging into Horde.

I think I have Horde working now.  When I run the test.php page include 
as per the install README - everything seems ok there.  When I bring up 
the horde login screen (/horde/index.php)  and try and log in with an 
account I suspect is working, nothing happens - so I'm assuming I'm 
missing something here.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ??
