[horde] moderation

Howdy!

I'm wondering if Horde has any support for moderation?
Maybe it's on the TODO list?

I'll explain what I mean by moderation.
Let's say I have a discussion forum. I want anyone to be able
to submit questions/answers to the forum. To be sure the
questions/answers are not rasistic or something I'd like
specific users to be able to grant submitted questions before
they reach the database/forum.

However, moderation is not specific to forums. It can be used
for calendars, registering users etc.

Is there any support for this or is it planned?
