I also get hit by this and couldn't mail the list for a number of days.

Not all of us are able to get our ISP to add reverse lookups for us. I now have
to relay all my mail via another server.

Hi Mike,
You don't really know me, but I lurk on the Horde-dev mailing list.
It seems somebody at Horde change the mail acceptance policies
on their servers, so they don't accept mail from IP's that don't reverse
resolve. Could you please forward my message to the horde-dev mailing list, 
and ask them to see about the IP policy of the mail server? My ISP is
broken and doesn't do reverse DNS properly
