[horde] Probelm using Account Manager/nic/whups

Having installed horde using the redhat rpms I found that the account
manager was not included , I then installed the account manager from cvs and
now get the following error when I try to run it.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stylesheetlink() in
/var/www/html/horde/accounts/templates/common-header.inc on line 26

I get the same error when I try to use nic or whups from cvs , anyone else
had the same problem and if so what version do I need to get for it to work.
