[horde] show admin button and using imp to login

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what.  Here is the deal.  I want to 
have the administration button, so I can change settings.  That works fine 
until I set it up for single login using imp to login to horde.  Then I don't 
get the administration button.  Is this how it works for everyone else?
